I’m Jenny Plant – the creator of the Account Kickstarter – an online training and resource kit that’s designed to help you develop the essential skills you need for account growth.
With 30 years experience in account management, I know that having the right strategies, systems and processes in place is crucial for consistent account growth.
Which is what inspired me to create this training. It contains tried and tested strategies – and examples of best practice – from my experience of training hundreds of account managers and directors on account growth since 2016.
My company Account Management Skills is a training company dedicated to helping agencies retain and grow client relationships.
I left Publicis LifeBrands as General Manager in 2010 to start the training company after a career in account management and marketing client-side for an airline and pharmaceutical company.
I also host the podcast ‘Creative Agency Account Manager‘.
