Hi – I’m Jenny Plant.
I created the Account AcceleratorTM because agency owners were telling me they knew their existing client accounts could grow further – but needed their account management team to:
- Act as ‘trusted advisors’ rather than ‘order takers’ – so they understood their clients business objectives and felt confident to have conversations about how the agency could help
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities (and follow them up effectively) – so they could increase retention and generate new business opportunities with existing clients

Option 1: £4,500 + VAT paid upfront or Option 2: £5,000 + VAT: 50% upfront (£2500) plus 10 monthly payments of £250 +VAT via GoCardless
Q3: How is learning delivered in the Account Accelerator ™ programme?
The programme includes five fortnightly 90 minutes Zoom training sessions spread across the initial 9 weeks of the programme – recorded and hosted in a dedicated, private membership area. Participants also join the fortnightly Zoom group Q&A coaching sessions which are recorded and hosted on Slack (26 across the year).
Q4: Who is the Account Accelerator ™ programme suitable for?
The Account Accelerator ™ is suitable for agency account managers, directors or client services directors responsible for managing the day to day client interactions, increasing revenue from existing clients and growing the account.
It’s ideal for client-facing agency individuals who want to improve their confidence with client sales conversations, think more commercially and be seen as proactive trusted advisors rather than reactive order takers.
Q5: Who is the Account Accelerator ™ programme NOT suitable for?
It’s not suitable for:
Account managers with less that one year’s experience
Account managers/directors who are not interested in implementing the learnings from the programme, either during the programme or after it.
Account managers/directors who have a closed mind to the possibilities of cross or upselling in a non-salesy way
Q6: How much time do participants need to invest in the Account Accelerator ™ programme?
We recommend participants plan to invest approximately 2.5 hours per week for the first nine weeks of the programme followed by 1.5 hours every fortnight for the rest of the calendar year.
Q7: How long do I get access to the digital resources/recordings that come with the Account Accelerator ™ programme ?
You will have access to the session recordings for one calendar year from the date of the first live training session.
Q8: If I invest in the Account Accelerator ™ programme for a team member, can the resources be shared with the rest of the team/company?
No – the Account Accelerator ™ is sold on a one person per programme basis. This means that only the named participants can take part in live training/view recordings of live sessions. However, if you would like to send more than one participant, we may be able to offer a discount for multiple enrolments – you can book a call to discuss here.
