One of the biggest pain points for agency account managers is having difficult client conversations.
That’s why I’m planning some virtual training to help with this.
It will include:
How to say no to client requests
e.g. client asks you on Friday afternoon for delivery by Monday morning
How to deliver bad news
e.g. project overspends/overruns
How to have conversations about money
e.g. the client reacts negatively to your cost estimate
How to deal with difficult characters / bullies
e.g. client is aggressive
The training will be virtual and ‘experiential’. This means it’ll not only include proven theory/principles for you to follow but will provide an opportunity to see how it works in practice (with a professional actor).
