    I’m always follow your website seeking for development and catch more skills
    About my career , I do commit that I’m always find new information which is support
    Me in my mission as account manger and links this information with my industry
    To adapt it with .
    Now I will follow the free course to get more and more .
    But the only challenge I’m facing is ” need on templates over my stakeholder and
    Account profile to put my product in its place according to my customer’s needs

    Thanks for the awesome article Jenny! To add to what you have mentioned I feel following are couple of more things that’s integral to account management

    1. Transparency – Be it your customer or internal teams, transparency helps build trust. A combination of good communication clubbed with transparency can do wonders building a good customerinternal relation.

    2. Vision – Is your vision aligned with the customer requirements? What your customer requires is something which are aligned to their vision. Have you thought through whether your vision gets aligned to your customer’s? This is vital since then only your business model would back it up.

    I am fairly new to the role of account manager. After several months I have learn a lot but recently my manager told me I did not have it in me to be a sales person and tell a story behind the information. I felt bad because I was pushed into the role and was not given any support or guidance. After reading your article it has given me information that I can work on.
